Sadly the area is always having issues due to crime and in the four years, I have lived here two people have been killed in our around the complex. I simple google search of Texas Ave and Americana can confirm this. The Manager Janice cares more about eating than doing her job and clashes with tenants often. work orders are never fully completed and the grounds are poorly maintained not to mention the sudden rent hikes the chalk up to the government.
Cant wait to leave and hope no one looks and considers this place.
DO the research you will find better places in the area then here if you must move into this area.
