Myself and a co worker decided to visit this location for a piercings nothing crazy very simple. We were greeted by an employee who was very well mannered he advised us he'll get another employee that will assist us and would be with us shortly. Then what we thought would be a nice experience turned into being hosted by the rudest person we have ever been in contact with. Ray Jackson was not comforting to my friend that was getting her piercing for the first time ,even through his attitude and although he did not deserve it we decided to tip him regardless of his attitude we tipped the service that was render , But I hope everyone that reads this please take my advise DO NOT visit Cast Iron nor any other shop that may employ Ray Jackson until he learns that despite his employment environment he is still in customer service and should conduct himself as such. Lose the attitude or find another profession .DO NOT VISIT CAST IRON TATTOO. I had to give 1 star unfortunately.

I got my first tattoo there and now a nose ring. My tattoo artist is still there!!! over 5 years. I like the people and my nose ring was a little pressure and he knows what he is doing!! have already sent them customers!!!!

great service, frielndly/talented artists. i have gotten work by vinnie several times and wear every piece with pride. will very likely be returning in the near future

Clean, amazing staff! Loved the two tattoos I got there. Will go back again! Danny is great! Only place in Orlando to go.

I stepped inside of what I would imagine Heaven's Tattoo shop would look like. From Angels to serpents and everything in between! Very cool and knowledgeable staff and artists.
