"REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT" DON'T SIGN IT IF YOU HAVE YOU MUST SEE LORDEZ AT TAG OFFICE TO ALL THAT HAVE NEVER PURCHASED THERE DON'T THEIR ARE TWO OWNERS ONE BY THE NAME OF HARRY AND ONE BY THE NAME OF YACOB ONCE YOU GIVE YOUR MONEY YOU WON'T GET IT BACK THAT IS THE PURPOSE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT THEY WILL SELL YOU A DREAM WE WILL SHOP AROUND UNTIL WE GET YOUR PAYMENT WERE YO NEED IT TO BE YOU TELL THEM $250.00 they say YES AND WHEN YOU GO BACK IT'S 350.00 NOW THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT CAUSE YOU DID NOT READ THE REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT THEY GOTCHA THEY CALL THE POLICE ON YOU AFTER THEY EXPLAIN YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE DEAL AT 350.00 EVEN IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT THEN THEY TRESS PASS YOU KNOW THEY WON DON'T BELIEVE ME SEE HOW MANY TIMES HAVE THE POLICE BEEN CALLED AND HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TREE PASSED IT'S SAD IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE BUSINESS THERE DON'T PLEASE SOMEONE HELP HOW CAN SUCH A THING HAPPEN FOR SOOO LONG ?????????????????

Yes, I agree with the other reviews... This dealership is very crooked. They do not provide refunds when promised and the owner "Yacob" avoids customer contact after a sale at all costs... However, there is a silver lining at this dealership "Jeff" he was honest and truthful every step of the way. In fact ,if he were to ever go to another dealer I would not hesitate in purchasing from him. Jeff do yourself and the rest of central florida a favor and go work for a reputable company.

If your trying to buy a car do not go here because they will rip u off...

We went there and they tried to scam us...

So I would not recomend it...
