I've seen better publication company's with a much better website to review as the customer service with this company was ridiculous. The company's moral direction is the worst as I heard racist comments made in the background; which is so unprofessional to say the least. Much better services can be found elsewhere.

I am very sorry that your experience using our services has led to such negative feelings about our company. Our website is admittedly not one of the greatest but we are working on it as I write this response. We are a four year old company and have put all of our energy into providing the highest quality customer service and most advanced digital product to our clients. We are one of the largest digital publishing companies in the world and handle over 10,000 publication titles. We are committed to service and have employed a very diverse staff who are by no means racist. Any additional information you can provide me about your experience would be helpful, as I would love the chance to correct your misperception of our company and its values.
