Poor Billing Practices

We have a service center that used Alliance Communications for several years. Although the service was mediocre at best, Alliance kept mis-billing our company month after month with late fees. Our accounts payable department would call to resolve the issue but the billing errors continued. This continued for almost 18 months. Each time Alliance would tell us that their billing software had an error that was causing the issue and we didn't need to be concerned about the late fees and to continue paying the regular monthly bill.



Last month Alliance cut our service because of these late fee errors so we called to resolve the issue. Susan, the account manager or billing specialist (I'm not sure), was contacted 3 times by our accounts payable department and has never returned our calls. This cannot continue.



We have decided to look for another company to represent our service-center after hours and are using the yellowpages.com to find them.

We are very familiar with the individual making this complaint. Quite simply, they were a chronic non-payer and we decided to drop them. As for their remarks about Susan, our operations manager, she has been with us for 12 years. Hundreds of our medical and business clients trust her and rely on her daily leadership skills to represent their best interest. We really are VERY proud of her and the team of supervisors and operators that she leads!
