Their secretary FRANKIE is a stuck up snob! She doesn't understand insurance, and she should not be working with the public! The women told me to leave my 3 week old in the waiting room! Hah! No mother would dare do that! Trust me, I didnt want to even bring my daughter in public so young but I was hurting so bad! Thankfully the doctor agreed with me! The doctor is great but unfortunately her secretary is ignorant!

Frankie comes in the room after doc numbs me and tells me I have to pay $500+ before I walk out the door! What? She should have told me this before! I have amazing insurance and I've never paid a penny anywhere in two years! My husband tried expelling her the insurance on the phone and told her to just call United HealthCare to verify the benefits of the executive plan. She refused to call, then hung up on him! If Frankie wasn't at this facility with her attitude then it would have been a great facility!
