The result was better than I could have imagined. My daughter's hair was cleansed, trimmed, and braided (micro). Although it took longer than expected, I am very satisfied with the result and will definitely return in four weeks to get her hair "refreshed".

Wonderful work, however, the business needs to organize her calendar for scheduling appointments, and do follow-up with clients.





Improvements needed: Consistency, scheduling timelyness.
