The owner/landlord takes ages to fix things and mine and neighbors I know are health related. It is a super old building with old windows, doors, carpet, you name it. So, all the smokey neighbors' smoke seeps thru the doors and windows. There are drugs in the complex, landlord hasn't done anything. This property has gone to heck in the last 1.5 years. It used to be full of older people but now he is letting in youngsters who drink and smoke and party and don't give a rats a.. about anybody else. Plus, I found out I'm paying 50.00 more than my neighbors in the same layout, but I did not get new carpet(started waving after 1 year) nor do I have a patio area like everyone else. I was told it block wall all the way up and around each unit and also told if there is a fire in any, that it would be contained because of the block walls, however, I can put my ear to the wall and hear my neighbors conversation, clearly. I have build a huge case with pictures, video, witnesses, etc...I am waiting for the best opportunity to press "play". I also have heard you don't get your deposit back. We'll see about that.
