Worst rental ever

Was given a awful midsize car. It was a 2007 Ford Focus that had 40,000 miles on it. The car was vibrating like a roller coaster. The worst part was the car failed to start in the middle of my vacation. Called the sunshine rental and their response was I had to bring back the car to the store and get it exchanged. This was just ridiculous.

After much hassle and 2 hrs later they agreed to send a towing truck and a replacement car.Half a day was wasted because of this. When I returned the car I mentioned that I was not happy with this. They didn't seem to care one bit. They just gave a reply " Yeah, but we replaced it. So there is no problem"

Will never rent again from this place.
