Hello Paula and crew, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent follow up to adjust our cushions on the re-upholstered couch you did last year for us. The couch itself was done perfectly last year and the cushions just need a little more foam. We really appreciate your prompt and thorough service. They did a good job and the cushions are great!

I had some pillows restuffed last year, and then went back this year to get a recliner re-upholstered. It was an old one, in great shape, but desperately needed a makeover. The salespeople at Paul's were more than willing to help with my selection of materials and foam strength, and I ended up going with a microfiber (that had to be ordered). I was told that I could keep my chair until the material came in. When I asked about warranty, they told me that there was one on the workmanship (upholstering and any springs/ties etc), and explained that the material could be fabricoated, which would protect against stains and spills. The delivery men were very nice, and took care not to bump into walls or door frames in my apartment, and when I got the recliner back, they did the same. I would use them again and again, and refer them to anyone that has a piece of furniture that they love and just needs a little love. Thank you Paul's!

I had work done and I was very satisfied with the results .they completed the Job On time That I requested the sales lady was very helpful they did a Beautiful job the workmanship was outstanding everyone were very helpful and the delivery guys were very courteous which I have to say very often do you come across that with any company I would highly recommend them

-can't back up their work/warranty...unless you know exactly what you're looking for-you're on your own. disappointed.
