Provided by YPmobileThis business's customer service and their business practices are appalling. I don't know how this business has made it as a business; their communication between employees and the customer is terrible.
Our dance company wanted to get jackets and sweatpants embroidered and screen printed. They originally told us that it would take about 3-4 business days and they would call when they were done. It ended up taking twice that long and we had to call them twice and come to find out that they hadn't even started working on our order after seven days. Each call consisted of the employee asking basic questions about the details of the order which were decided on and discussed when we dropped off the order. It was clear that the business is completely unorganized. Each time we called, the lady that answered was rude and was acting like she and the company was right and we were wrong. Bad business right there.
When we finally got our order, they had doubled the amount we were supposed to pay, fortunately the employee was competent enough to figure out the right amount. My own jacket that I got embroidered and screen printed came back ruined with some sort of gunk on it.
We went back in calmly to see if we could get some advice on how to clean it or get our money back and the employee got defensive and rude and started to cause a scene. She made us I turn feel defensive and belittled. She said that the jacket was bought with gunk on it already. Why would we buy a jacket with gunk already on it!?! The employee admitted that they noticed that there was some gunk on the jacket, and yet they went ahead with the embroidery and screen printing WITHOUT calling us first! Where was the communication with the customer?! Not there at all. We should at least get our money back for the embroidery and screen printing.
Each interaction with the employee(s) consisted of them telling us we were being dramatic and we were exaggerating. I don't care if we got heated or defensive, but we are the customers, not them. The customer is always right. It is their responsibility as the business to provide a service for the customer in a friendly and timely manner with the order done correctly. If it isn't done correctly it is their responsibility to fix the problem with no confrontation. We brought them a lot of business and we could have referred them to other dance companies. They have lost a ton of business with this ordeal.
