We've had quite the experience with Stonehenge Fence and as a result of that experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM to someone else. The bidding process with Justin was great. He communicated well and the office staff was friendly. However, the installation did not go well. During the installation of our fence posts, the installation guys had girls come over and they hung out for a few hours. Coming for lunch and leaving would be understandable but they stayed. They even let the girls rid around the equipment used to put in the posts. The girls that came smoked on our neighbors (we were doing the fence together) property and left cigarette buts on the ground along with some trash from their lunch.

They also did around $500 worth of damage to my neighbors sprinkler system during the digging of the posts. I then had to call Stonehenge to find out when they were coming back to install the rest of the fence instead of them contacting me. All we got from the installation manager Steve was a "sorry that happened" and "thank you for bringing this to our attention."

During the installation of the rest of the fence, one of the guys stood on our planter box in the backyard and broke a part of it from standing on it. The guy didn't even tell us about it. I had to find it later. I took a picture of it and texted it to Steve (at the office's direction) and he told me his guys would come back and take measurements about trying to fix it. That was supposed to have taken place on Friday morning (5/12/17) and it is now Monday 5/15/17 and I haven't heard from them again. That shows how much they care about the customer.

Also, they initially built the double swing gate wrong so they had to come back 2 days later to put it in.

All in all, the fence looks nice and of good quality. The bidding process with Justin went well. However, based on our installation experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to someone else. I just hope we don't have to do any warranty work.

Updated 5/15 @7:25 pm: The installation manager did go to Home depot and bought the needed part to try and fix the planter box but they didn't seem to make our exact box anymore. We have appreciated their efforts to fix it.

Stonehenge Fence removed our old wood fence and installed a new vinyl fence. My neighbors have thanked me for improving the looks of the neighborhood. We are very pleased with the beauty of the new fence and its expert installation. I recommend this company with no reservations.

Justin Henderson was so knowledgable and professional and stayed with us through our install to answer any questions we had. Our deck was installed by John Martin and his workmanship was exceptional. Stonehenge helped us choose the look that we wanted the recommended just the right materials. We are loving the look and especially love using the extra living space our deck provided. We recently purchased a gate for our son for a Christmas gift. The experience with Stonehenge was great. I don't think you can find better quality anywhere. The installation is beautiful and we are very pleased with everyone @ Stonehenge. Thank you for your craftsmanship and attention to detail.

I do have to say the product looks good but but installation not so much. Our neighbor had them install the fence so they where the ones with the contract. Our lawn arches in back so our neighbor told them to make it level. To do that they had to do a cement wall. Neighbors asked if we would be welling to split the wall down the property line and we said that was ok but if we new they where not going to do if to level we would never of done it. Stonehenge decided to put it 6" below our grass in the middle section instead of to level with out considering how it would affect us. The neighbors side just goes in their garden area so it does not affect them we asked them to come up with a solution to fix our side they basically said since we are not the ones with the contract they will do nothing. Even though we paid for half the fence and we did not authorize them to put it on our property 6" below level. All they care about is who they have the contract with and getting their money. Oh by the way when we first told them about it they new we did not have the contract with them but said they would send someone out to look at it and give us a call back. Someone came but they never called when I called back that is when they said they would do nothing because we are the ones with out the contract. Why would they even bother if that was the case. They just saw what a bad job it was and figured they did not want to be the one to blame. They told me it was the neighbors that said they wanted it that way which is not the truth. They just wanted it level. Plus they are way over priced. I felt like they did not care about us since we did not have the contract with them. I would not recommend them.

My experience with getting the fence built was great. The problem came afterwords. One of the gates was blown open in the wind and will no longer close. I have contacted Stonehenge 4 times and each time they said they would get someone right on it. I can't wait any longer, it is a security risk, so I will be going with another company to fix it. It's a shame because had they given me good support I would use them for the +$20K patio we are building in the fall.

I had a good experience with Stonehenge Fence. In my case, I ordered materials for a chain link fence. The persons I talked to were very helpful and I ordered materials for a 5 foot fence. The order was all prepared and ready to go within a few days. I ve taken delivery of the materials. Everything looks good and the quality of materials is great. I would recommend them.

We moved into a home that had a fence, but desperately needed a deck. We contacted Stonehenge Fence and decided to go with them rather then another company because their product was better, the price was good, and they were so easy to work with. Our deck was installed in no time and We love it! I highly recommend Stonehenge Fence and as we are planning to build a new home soon we will definitely be calling them to install a fence and deck! Can't go wrong with Stonehenge, especially with the salesmen we worked with, Russell Jacobson.

Stonehenge Fence absolutely exceeded my expectations with our beautiful Simtek fence with Iron gates. Everything was expertly installed and the concrete mow strip underneath is perfectly level and makes mowing very easy to manage. Nate was so great to work with and kept us posted on exactly when they would be coming out and their expected completion date. They cleaned up everything when they finished and followed up to make sure we were happy with our fence. I have dealt with other fence companies and have never been as happy as I was with Stonehenge and Nate's team of great guys. Thanks for our amazing fence that we enjoy every day!

Heath from Stonehenge Fence arrived on time and was prepared to talk to me about what options were available to me, etc. He left me with a brochure, a promise I would have my bid the next day. I actually received it same day. While I am still in the bid gathering stage I have not appointed a contractor yet, but needless to say Heath is at the top of my list simply because of the following things:* On time and prepared for the bid* Excellent Customer Service and timing on bid* Follows upI'm already tired of following up with the other bidders for their bid, you'd think there was a ton of work out there or something.

We had a fence installed by Stonehenge Fence and later a deck. they were phenomenal to work with in every aspect of both projects. I love my new deck and fence. I couldn't be happier!

These guys did such a great job on my fence, I would without hesitation refer them to anyone I know. they were extremely friendly and their installer who installed my fence was very meticulous with everything he did. I am defiantly the envy of all my neighbors.

These guys may not have been the cheapest but they were very profesional and did a great job! I got my Fence done over the summer and rememer them telling me about the quality of the product that they use and how well it holds up during the winter and wind. Now I beleive them. Quality matters! Thanks guys!
