Over the couple of years I worked with them, Screenplay has been difficult to work with - regularly getting orders wrong and not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Their manners are also poor, acting aloof toward quality and timeliness, and answering phone calls mid-conversation. I will not work with them again because as the last straw, my latest order did not turn out like the proof, therefore damaging several hundred dollars worth of my blank merchandise; and even though they admitted it was half-assed took no responsibility for the loss of my merchandise and blamed me for not knowing more about their process, even though the method of printing was their insisted recommendation.
