They broke their own rules, then tried to boot me for it. So, here is the situation, I come home late at night, and stop at the apt mail box to grab my mail. I parked off to the side to be out of the way of other cars. They came in and parked on the side taking up 5-6 spots in the parking lot. They saw my car as I was grabbing the mail, my lights still on, I was in only two spots as to make it easy to turn around once I drove off. One of the guys came up to my car with a boot and proceeded to try and boot my car. I asked him what the deal was? He said I'm booting you cause you are taking up two parking spots! I told him he could boot me next time if I did it again, plus he was taking up alot more spots than I was! Next time maybe yall should get booted! This company is so stupid! By booting me, I would have been left in those two parking spots, making it so nobody would be able to park there. I think these guys are just out to grab your cash, so definitely don't call them for anything!

All of the towing was set up by a guy they screwed over, and never paid. They have teenagers booting cars for their parking enforcement, and have the least amount of experience in the towing and parking enforcement industry compared to everyone else out there. Their mechanic lives in the shop, and someone lives at their Provo impound yard from time to time, which is located by the dump and isn't well lit, nor is their info updated with the state.

Company is run by a bunch of teenagers! Slow to respond and very rude after work was complete.

Great family run business that will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with their service. I would recommend it to any and all of my family and friends.

These guys are awesome. I went in for basic truck repair( ball joints and power steering) and was really happy. They were so cool I did a new truck lift and shocks. Now they hooked me up with some sick wheels and tires. Next I am doing some engine mods. I have allready recommended pus to all of my friends.

Horrible customer service, they have a teen running the phones acting like she knows the answers, they don't return phone calls, inconvient hours, don't live up to the warrenty.
