I fell coming out of this store a few weeks ago. There was something slick (smelled like oil). I went down hard. I hyperextended my right toe, it folded back towards the top of my foot, and got a huge bruise on my right knee. My left hand landed square on the ground, locking my elbow so for weeks my elbow hurt to bend. A man helped me up and told me I was the second person he had seen fall. I was hurt, and covered in filth so I fueled and went home to shower. I called the store to report it & an employee said she would go look. I asked her to have the mngr call me. It didn't happen. I went back the next day & a nice gentleman took down my name & number. I got a call from a mngr the 3rd day. She seemed to want to downplay what happened. She said corporate needed a report filled out so I went back. She was in and recognized me, so she saw the video. She was rude "here fill this out". It's a lot better but I still have some pain. No acknowledgement or follow-up at all. Customer for 6 yrs.
