Provided by YP.comWent to pick up the jacket I took in for a new zipper and they were closed. The sign on the door clearly stated they would be open from 12-2 that day. I waited for almost and hour and no one ever showed. We had to cancel family pictures because my son did not have a key piece to his outfit. I returned Monday and asked what happened and she flippantly said her appointment ran late. A good business owner would have offered a discount or other compensation for the inconvenience but she could not have cared less. I understand things happen that we cannot control but the lack of remorse was ridiculous.
