Excel Stucco

Excel did the stucco on the house I'm building. Their work was fair. There were high and low spots, but the issue was when they were shooting staples to hold the chicken wire. At one point they shot the flange around one of the windows, but more serious, they shot a hole through the copper tubing that runs inside the house from the A/C unit. The HVAC guys discovered the hole while setting the A/C unit. In order to fix the issue, the HVAC guys had to cut a small piece of stucco to get to the line that had been shot. When they were done, I called Excel and spoke with the owner. He said he would be over the next week to patch the hole. No one showed. I waited another week to see if they would come. I called the owner again. He said he would be there the next day, no one showed. At this writing, the hole is still there. I will need to hire someone else to fix his mistake. That's why I won't use Excel again.
