After moving to Utah from California, it took me a little over a year to find a real barber who knew what they were doing. I stumbled into Derrell's shop while I was searching for a bakery in Provo. I now visit Derrell's shop once a week to get my hair fixed. He is old school, his hands are magic, and he knows what your head should look like by your face and scalp structure. There are only a few out there like Derrell. I suggest you try him out before he retires. By the way he is moving his shop to a new permanent location due to the current convention center construction in downtown Provo. The city is forcing him to vacate to turn his place into a temporary parking lot (way to go Provo, demolish small businesses for temporary parking lots, without any incentive or relocation assistance). I go where he goes. I don't trust anyone in Utah touching my hair. His new address is : 1160 South State Street, #140, Orem Utah Same lot as the Arbys. Cheers!
