I'm always pleased when I come here. Excellent price, especially on their discount day (Tues. or Wed.; I can't remember), and my kids' hair looks GREAT. This is the only place I take my boys.

Well, when I walked in through the front door to the Craig's Cuts in Springville, I was the only client in the building. There were 2 employees on the clock.--one was helping me to get my haircut, while the other girl was sleeping! SLEEPING at her station even though there was now a client (me) sitting across the walkway from her. I don't have any complaints about the girl who did my hair, but then someone else came in wanting a haircut. The girl cutting my hair had to go greet him, since the green-haired sleeping employee was sleeping. When my haircut girl brought the new customer back so he could get his haircut, my haircut girl had to try and wake up her sleeping coworker by telling her that she had a customer. She had to tell her twice before she'd wake up.



SO...not professional at all. There is no reason you should be sleeping on the job--especially in plain sight of customers. No wonder there business was pretty dead.



This place needs to go on Tabatha's Salon Takeover.
