Have used Bergmann for years and found they always do it right and go the 2nd mile. They never do more than required for repairs and installation.
P.S. - It sounds like the one star review on this site is complaining about the contractor not paying Bergmann--which is not Bergmann's fault.

I hired a contractor who was a friend of a friend, first mistake. This contractor hired this company, Bergmann Heating and Air. They did the work. After a few changes needed to be made we paid our contractor to pay Bergmann. This didn’t happen as planned Bergmann was not paid. We had to have a few things fixed that Bergmann did because of my contractor’s lack of paying they refused to fix them. We did pay!! Our contractor then gave the ok to hire someone else to fix them telling us they will work it out with Bergmann. The fixes where made and now everything was ok. Wrong this is when we found out Bergmann wasn’t paid and that they did not ok for the other laborers to come and fix the problems. We paid our contractor the full amount for our project. It wasn’t until the whole project was done that they got paid and it was less then they billed for. Now the system isn’t blowing cold air and the house is hot. They refused to help us because of a situation that was created by our contracto
