Tony did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and area rug. He also agreed to steam clean the couch without having scheduled this "extra" in advance. Everything looks great. He was very prompt in returning my call to schedule the cleaning, was very flexible with scheduling, arrived on time if not a bit early, was professional and courteous, seemed trustworthy, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him, I will be a repeat customer. If you are sensitive to cleaning product odors (as another reviewer commented on this topic, it's worth mentioning here), I would simply suggest you discuss this with him in advance. I did not have any problem with the scent of the cleaning products that Tony used; it was a stronger smell initially but has faded considerably after a few hours. I would rather smell the cleaning products for a few hours than the musty, "needs to be cleaned" smell that was here before!
