I have never had a bad haircut at the Toledo Academy of Beauty on Navarre Avenue in Oregon, OH. I usually ask for an advanced student (and recommend doing so if you are getting a fashion cut), but the past 2 times I got a girl in training and they did just great. The cut is always checked by a supervisor before you leave. If you join their mailing list, you get coupons occasionally which saves you even more. Hair coloring was only $16.00 the last time I was there in the Winter of 2012. I strongly recommend going here over spending $60.00 for just a haircut! (PS. I do not recommend a pedicure here though, as it is worth the money to go to a nail place down the street. One particular trainee here that I had, was a little too nervous/cautious for a good, end-of-Winter Pedicure!)
