SMACKS is a locally owned family business whose philosophy is that no job is too little, customer satisfaction is paramount, with integrity as the first priority. SMACKS Construction began in 1978 as a family business. For Christmas one year, Uncle Jim gave the family a box of oranges with to the S.M.A.C.K.S family written on the side. We had no idea what S.M.A.C.K.S meant. Dad called Uncle Jim and learned it was an acronym of the first names of the each family member. Dad liked the name so much he decided to use it for his new business.
