Sushi Samurai is, and always has been my go-to for sushi. Not only is the food reasonably priced and the wait staff gracious, the flavors in their house rolls are so wonderfully combined and their ingredients are always fresh. Each dine-in meal is started with a small Kani-su appetizer, on the house (although it's do delicious, the small portion may not be big enough for you!), and ended with a fresh orange slice to clean your palate after a satisfying experience.

My recommendations?
- Dragon roll: stuffed full of crab salad and tempera shrimp, topped with eel, avocado, cooked shrimp and eel sauce. ($9.95)
- Scorpion Roll: filled with tempura soft shell crab, asparagus, and crab salad, topped with eel, avocado and eel sauce. ($7.50)
- Rainbow Roll: a little bit of everything
