I dropped off my weed eater on April 19, today is May 17th, he has not touched it, been in 2 times and it is always on his to do list, today i went to check, again it is on his to do list, I asked for my tool back so I can get it fixed in Folsom, he would not give me back my $20.00 drop off fee. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT go to this shop!!!!! If I could give no stars I would. This is the biggest rip off of a repair shop.

This place is a trash. I had taken my pressure washer here a couple times over the years never too impressed but the place was conveniently located so I dealt with them. Last time I brought my chain saw and pressure washer to some 12 year old kid at the front desk he told me it they would call after about 2 days. 4 days later I hadn't heard so I called they said it would be a couple more days....I went to pick them up once they finally finished and my chain saw had the wrong blade cover on, it didn't even cover the whole chain! I told him I had brought it in with the correct case and he insisted that was the one it came in with eventually turned to threatening me asking I'm "calling him a liar!?!?" Place is a joke

Terrible customer service and attitudes. Use the other mower shop in Folsom. My husband took our mower in for replacement of a cable and for a tune up. About a week later he was told the cable was backorder. My husband asked how long it would be. The answer was: "could be a week, could be a month". My husband set out to order the cable from another supplier and found it with no problem, 2 to 5 business days delivery. So, he went back and talked to Gary suggesting they might want to change their supplier. The owner just shrugged. He asked my husband what he wanted to do. Given their attitude, he told them he wanted to pick up our mower since they had not started any work on it. As my husband loaded it in the car, Gary said "and don't come back to my store again".

The heavy set guy Pat was extremely unprofessional and vulgar. I brought something in for warranty not even 25 days later. First time using since repaired. The parts that were new appeared to be intentionally tampered with. Claimed he was not going to warranty it since I took cover off to diagnose problem. Literally did not attempt to fix it since he said he fix it under warranty. He called me a f#$% idiot when I brought it in. He did not even look at the mower. He continued swearing at me and using unnecessary comments. He became so irate without provolking. This shop has been the worst customer service. I spent nearly 200 and still have a mower that does not work.

Beware of everything about this shop. It is a shame that they are the only warranty shop nearby for troy built. Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Brought my mower in to ask for an estimate on repairs. Two weeks pass and no call back. I called and asked if the estimate was ready and they acted like I was stupid to be calling so soon. Another week goes by and no call back. I call again and they tell me the repairs are 1/2 way done and the total I owe is X (before calling and telling me what repairs are needed and actually getting my go ahead to do the repairs). Then tell me a part needed to finish the repair is on back order. They again acted as if my call for a status was a huge burden. No eta on the parts. Call again in another week and no part in. Call again in another week and they say, Oh, yeah, that's been done for a while now. Thanks for the heads up! I don't understand how such a poorly run business can keep its doors open.

Gary's Mower Shop, did a great...

Gary's Mower Shop, did a great job fixing my lawn mower. He was able to repair it in one day..even though he said it would be ready over the weekend. My lawn mower was still under warranty and Gary did all the paper work. Gary is very knowledgeable at his repair work.

Gary's Mover repair shop Orangevale didn't repair our generator as promised 4 weeks later he gave nothing but excuses. Note I still was forced to pay for generators that were not repaired. 4 weeks wait no repairs made and i was still forced to pay to get them back.

I took my weedeater in for war. repair and they took good care of me!! after i got it back it worked so good i decided to take my old mower there for a service and it works better than new now!! great work! I found that they do alot of different repairs on different kinds of equipment and sharpen all my yard tools! great guys!!

I drove from jackson to get servise work done because other shops would work on a old troybilt mower did great work and have had my snowblower and weedeaters fixed there!! it is to bad there not closer but i am willing to drive to get my work done the correct way!! also found out they do warr. work for lowes on troybilt product because i want a new rider and they will be servicing it also!!! great job guys!!

great work once again!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using garys for years for repairs on all of my equipment! they have worked on my riding mower weedeater ,woodsplitter and other misc. machines for years and have always treated me fair with great work! it is a very busy place in the summer and spring and when i just got my mower serviced i noticed they have been doing a lot of remodeling and clean up in the shop!!! the place keeps getting better! GREAT WORK GARYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
