THE STORE IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP NOW...ITS SPARKLING CLEAN..SMELLS GOOD...REALLY NICE PEOPLE...AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ...ALL FRESH STUFF ...NOT EVEN A SINGLE EXPIRED FOOD ITEM...AND THE PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE...CHEAP BOOZE AND GREAT DEAL ON TOBBACCO...ND A FREE CUP OF FARMER'S BROTHER COFFEE WID GAS PURCHASE....THE STORE HAS HAD A COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION...I AINT SHOPPING NYWHERE ELSE BUT OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD MARKET :)

Very nice people, but be careful of the food products. Shame on me for going back. All three times (once a year for the past three) I was in a hurry so I stopped for a loaf of bread. When I got it home I noticed it was 20 days past it's "sell by" date, and had a hole in the bag to boot. Previously I bought a gallon of milk, which was five days past it's "sell by" date, and yesterday my son brought home two pints of Ben & Jerry's ice cream which tasted like gooey cardboard. Each time we threw out the products. Beware of anything consumable. I guess it would be okay to buy a newspaper or something.
