My 3 year old cat got sick with bladder/sand stones and was unable to peepee...I took him to Cypress Animal Clinic, they were able to get him back to his old self in no time. Great staff and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone with a small animal/pet. :)

My wife brought our 3 month old puppy to this vet. She had some unknown trauma to the side of her face causing her eye to be bloodshot and swollen. She seemed to be in a lot of pain when we tried to pick her up. The vet looked at her. Gave no x-rays or blood work. He sent my wife home saying that nothing was broken and the dog was fine. Eye drops for her eye, pain killers, and antibiotics for the swelling and infection. That was on a Thursday afternoon. Friday early afternoon we called the vet saying that the puppy was getting worse. They wanted to charge another office visit for something they should have caught the day before. I watched my puppy die in my wife's arms Friday at 7pm. She had obvious internal bleeding. As she died, blood expelled from her nose and mouth. This is not the place for your pets if you value their lives. It seems like he wants nothing more than to get you out of the door move on to the next paycheck.

Thank you so much for the memory card you sent honoring Courage. It really touched our hearts. We appreciate all the care you have given to our beloved animals through the years and highly recommend your clinic to our friends.
