We paid for the death date to be placed on my Dad’s headstone over a year ago. They told me it would take about 4 weeks. I called them 4 weeks later and they said due to the storms and covid it would take a little longer. I called back two months later and I still kept getting them same excuse. It has been a year and still NO death date on my Dad’s headstone, and we are out 300.00. I am still not sure why we had to pay 300.00 because I am sure if my dad paid for his headstone before he past away, he would have paid for the death plate as well. These people are taking advantage of families that are grieving. Very sad! Save yourself some pain and use another company.

They were really helpful to us during a difficult time. I never felt pressured like I did at the funeral home. My Mom's headstone came out really nice and it was a lot cheaper than the funeral home quoted me.
