A great place with amazing people who care about your pets.

First, the dogs were very scared and accidentally went to the bathroom. So we were charged for the lady to clean that up. Cleaning pop comes with the job of "veterinarian". Then, came the vaccines. The doctor tries to give the dogs a vaccine they were allergic to. Reese's has seizures. We won't give that. Then to attempt to clip the nails, the man "RN" put his hands on the pressure points in to throat which causes difficulty breathing. Then when Reese's tried to release the grip, he was referred as a bad dog. Then we were removed from the premises because the dogs were being dogs by barking. The employee had a child who was giving the dogs a hard time. WE were removed for the kid bothering our dogs. Unacceptable . do not bring your pets here .

Great staff. Dr Jenkins takes a lot of time with you and your pet explaining everything to you. Dr Sleeper also. They are always willing to help you and answer all you questions without running unnecessary BLOOD WORK! Which has happened to me with my dogs in the past at other vets.The staff will answer any concerns you may have prior to your pets appt.Prices are very reasonable.Worth the wait:)

Dr. Jenkins is caring and the staff is friendly and efficient in general. Dr Sleeper has a weird sense of humor and I found him rather uncaring when our cat was very sick. We ended up going to another vet where we were treated with more compassion during a difficult time. After many years of going to Maverick we won't go back as long as Dr. Sleeper is there.

I capture alot of stray cats that get dumped in my yard. Even though you need an appointment to get them fixed, they know these cats are feral and squeeze me in. They know me very well. One time a sick cat that wasn't mine got dumped, Maverick helped above and beyond. I am very grateful. All my animals go there. I even refered my neighbor

My dog had kidney failure and they worked with her as if she was their own. Great care.

Never Believed In these Kind Of Walk-In Clinic's, But I Do Now! Most Kind Hearted, Helpful, Honest And Understanding Folks You'll Ever Run Into For This Type Of Service. They Do A Great Job Without Doing One On Your Wallet. I Appreciate All At Maverick And So Do My Dogs. Sincerely, JMR

True as others have said there is a little extra wait but your wait will pay off in the long run they don'tt just rush you in and out they truely care and take time to answer all the questions you have also Dr. Sleeper who i have had the plesure of usin is excelent with the more aggresive breed type dogs ie dobbies rottis pis ect i have not had the plesure of dealin with Dr jenkins yet but have heard very good tings about her from freinds and family which have there prices are very reasobale and if you do have an animal thats animal aggressive they will work with you to bring it in by another door to help keep everything calm personaly i wouldnt trust anyone else with my 2 pits and rotti wish i could give them more than five stars they deserve more like 500 in my book

Dr. Sleeper and Dr. Jenkins are great with the animals and the staff is extremely helpful. Their prices are the lowest i have seen. They do not take appointments for normal vetting but the wait is normally about the same as it would be at a vet that you have an appointment to see.

My Pomeranian ended up eating a family size dark chocolate bar I brought her into the Maverick vet center and within minutes they had her in the back and began trying to stabilize her! Their care for animals and the owners are outstanding! I can't thank them enough for giving my baby the best care and a second chance at life!

I have been a Maverick Animal Clinic patron for many years now. I was referred to them by family, and they were referred by close friends.ect.. If Maverick animal clinic advertised, you would not be able to get in the door! Word of mouth is all you need. I can not speak highly enough about their clinic. I have not had a negative experience to this day. They are growing and have added some new faces. How they continually find such professional and hard working Technicians, Office Staff, and a additional Vet, is beyond me. They all love animals and it truly shows. Maverick belongs on a 50 acre pet rescue ranch, with better boarding facility's. Cudos to you Doc and your team! Heres to many more years of Pet care.

Both Dr. Jenkins & Dr. Sleeper have been taking care of two cocker spaniels that we got from Pure Breed Rescue. One was severe heartworm and the other one had a really bad cherry eye. Dr. Jenkins performed the surgery on the cherry eye using the newest technique. The dogs eye is perfect now. No tearing. Dr. Sleeper treated the severe heartworm dog and in the course of the treatment he noted some new symptoms that he did not like so he delayed the second half of the treatment and treated the new symptoms which were not related. You could tell he really cared about the dog. He did not want to take a chance proceeding with the 2nd half of the heartworm treatment until he was sure the dog was in the best shape it could be in. Be forewarned that they are always very busy, but it is worth the little extra wait. These two dogs could not have received better treatment anywhere. They really care.

Dr. Sleeper is a wonderful vet. Very knowledgable and patient.
