We contracted this company to enlarge a wall insert for the our 65' TV and install cabinets with granite counter tops for our family room. Cedric came out six (6) weeks ago, provided a quote, completion date and a start date. He assured us this was a two day job. We wrote him a check for $1,800.00 with the remainder to be paid after the work was completed. This check was cashed the very same day, 5 Nov. 2015. We have had more than five (5) missed scheduled appointments with Cedric and his crew. My husband and I have both taken off work several times to get the job finished only to sit around for hours without a phone call or any communication that would indicate a change in plans. We have wasted more than 30hrs waiting for him and his work crew to come to our home and complete this job. As of today, Dec 14, 2015, just days before we are scheduled to have a full house of guests and holiday parties the project is still not complete. We have ladders and other work equipment sitting in the middle of our floor waiting to be utilized. We have had to reschedule other important deliveries to avoid the dust getting all over the new furniture. He continues to assure us the job will be easy to complete but continues to fail to show up when we have an appointment scheduled.
