This fella built my home, First thing that sounded weard was digging out way to much dirt for the foundation, then wanted to charge me $1000 more to put more dirt back down, wile removing 10 loads of dirt off my property to fill in a lot some where else. And a hole list of stuff that diden't happen and ended up costing me more. I would not hire this guy to build me another home. I Strongly advise you to find another builder. One that does what he says hes going to do.
