I will review and change this when the owner makes good on his promise to address my issue. I spoke with him tonight and he assured me he would address the issue.

Our security system works great. The system works so well, I don't even think about it. It has become part of our routine. We feel so safe knowing we are protected! All of the people at Security Pro seem to really care about my satisfaction. I accidentally tested the alarm once and they responded within seconds. I can't recommend Security Pro enough!!

I spoke with a gentleman whose name was Jeff, He listened to want I was trying to do and advised which products he had that would best fit those needs and did not try to upsell or overwhelm me. He did everything he could to accommodate my schedule and had a guy at my house for new service and had a tech out at 8 am ( his name was also Jeff). The tech was great. Fast, efficient and explained everything so well. I had the flu and It was hard to focus past the headache. He went over some concerns I had, also advised what things that where previously done by another carrier that were not correct but gave me the option to change them and did not pressure me into doing it his way. ( I did make the recommended changes based on common sense). I was extremely happy with how smooth the whole ordeal went. The price was the same as I was quoted on the phone. alarm and app are simple to use. I have no complaints.

Worse customer service, the tech came to install.. Not only did he break my ac...we had to tell them to take everything out.

Steer way clear.....9 Months ago I called upon Security Pro to do a proposal on my residential CCTV system. I previously had bids of $2,900 and $3,400 for this specific job (12 cameras, 16 ch DVR). I had a friend that highly recommended Security Pro and despite the insanely high bid of $6,460 (even after I cut out the monitor and some other features) they seemed very professional and were able to get the job done in half the time as the others. They also promised the highest quality products, service and warranty. The people and workers were awesome. The sales rep, owner and workers were very amenable, friendly and knowledgeable. The technical support was good. The overall installation went fairly well. I did have one spacer on a camera that was installed with the wrong color (grey instead of white). The DVR also had the wrong memory slotted (2 tb) instead of 4 tb. Then when replacing they put (2) 2 tb slots instead of a 4 tb which I originally requested. I didn't even bring those issues up at the time as they were not really a big deal to me. Overall I was happy with the way everything turned out. Now here comes the bad part. A few weeks ago my cable modem went out. Cable company replaced the modem and we assumed it was a lightning issue (although the cable company didn't confirm this). My network connection to the CCTV's stopped working which means I could no longer connect via my iPhone or remote location. No problem, the unit was still under that high quality warranty they promised me at the time of installation. Although the tech was very nice he explained that the network card in the DVR was hit by lighting since it was connected to my cable modem. He said the network card was working but not outputting signal (?). I said no problem I'll just buy a new network card and we'll be good to go. Not the case. SecurityPro advised the equipment they use is non-named-brand China manufactured and the whole DVR would need to be replaced. Furthermore they would not cover it under the warranty because they "think" it was damaged by the lighting. They requested $1300 for the new DVR plus installation for a grand total of about $1800!While investigating this I found out that instead of getting the high quality products I was promised I simply got products that are very common on AliBaba.com, Aliexpress.com and several other prominent "Chinese Flea markets." The model DVR they sold me was LTD2516HE-C and is also distributed by LTS security. It has several poor and mediocre reviews on the web. The cost of this DVR online is $379.00 on several websites!!!! Bottom Line: When I pay quality price I expect quality service. I expect quality products that are backed by a quality warranty. I talked recently to an industry insider that told me this is the new game in the CCTV business. Companies will buy cheap Chinese goods and mark them up 300%-500%. They are more susceptible to problems. The problems result in full merchandise replacement or service calls which can then be marked up again 300%-500%. It's a shame because these people seemed to be very good people but greed can cause good people to forget basic business principles. I would fully recommend this company for installation purposes but stay FAR FAR away in regards to the product they try to sell you and warranty they claim to back.

If you want a professionally installed security alarm system and you want helpful and experienced people to back it up, you won't find a better company than Security Pro. I highly recommend!!
