We were told that the work we had done would offset the cost on our electric bill, and we could use the savings to pay the bill. However, not only did it not cut our bill, but now we are stuck with thousands of dollars of debt that the sales person told us we would be able to save on the electric bill. We had good communication in the beginning, before we were sold on it, but after the install and the company got the money, we can barely get an answer or a call back. If OnPoint (sales person and owner told us that we would save the difference in our solar bill and on our electric bill) would've told us that we might not save money on our electric, we wouldn't have done it, we live on a very tight budget as I'm sure most of you do. I wanted to make sure that's what the sales person told us, so I watched my security video, and sure enough, he did, and you can hear the owner say the same thing on speaker phone. Very dishonest sales people and owner. Would not do business with, beware.
