They are very nice people and good at what they do. But it takes a week to get most repairs done. If you are in a hurry that will not do.

Just picked up my computer which I had checked and was told it was a bad screen that needed to be replaced. I paid $109,00 for a new screen plus $55,00 for service, A week later the computer has same problem I take it back and now the technician says it might be another problem that could cost me another $200.00 and then with no warranty that it may be the solution. In other words we are guessing what the problem is while I'm paying. With 174.00 that I have already paid another $200.00 now to maybe fix it I can get a brand new computer with a 1 year warranty. I just gave away $174,00 and waited 3 weeks to get it back the same way I brought it in, broken. I really what to help small business but not giving my hard earned money away like this. At least I should have got part of my money returned for the bad service of the technician that guessed what was wrong with my computer. Will never take or recommend anyone to take their computer to them. Unless you just want to give money away.
