went in for ac work left catching the bus for 4 months. charged me 500$ for a compressor when the most expensive one i could find was 350$ i only got to enjoy AC for the ride home because the next morning the car wouldn't start. offered to replace my engine labor free (1400$ what a joke). long story short ended up rebuilding my engine only to have to it un drive able 2 weeks later. during that time the ac wasn't working, a vacuum leak, needed a MAF sensor, cut the o2 sensor plus nothing was connected right because the exhaust was banging against the car. something new was wrong every time i picked it up. during the 4 months he stopped picking up my calls and everything was between text, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. he finally replaces the engine like it should have been. but gives me back the car without ac and none of the electronics working (brake lights, blinkers power ANYTHING etc). tells me its not his fault, but nothing ever is. i look under the hood and connect the wires he forgot to connect and everything works, except the ac of course. replaced parts with junk yard parts and tries to paint them to look new and charge top dollar. stay away from this crook!

Horrible experience.

Brought my car in for a blown air compressor job explaining my situation with their competitor two buildings down who had been working on my car to only find out they were running a chop shop and just making issues worse. As a mother of two kids one being a new born don't need to get into how important a car is. Two days after paying 900$ my car is immobile. Claiming that they feel bad for my situation offer to look at my car and fix it if it wasn't anything major. Turns out I need a new motor. Again claiming they feel bad for the experiences I have having with mechanics offer to put in a used motor labor free which would run 1400$. They made it seem like they took pride and ownership in their work I decided to go ahead and have them replace it. A couple weeks later they call me telling me that my car is ready and I can come get it anytime. Being the holidays I could not get in right away to get my car and they said no problem as long as it was picked up before the new year. I was hounded by phone calls every day from them until I was finally able to get to the shop to pick it up. Story on the phone was it was running good and he even drove it home a couple times. That changes to it runs a little rough sometimes and needs a mass air flow sensor when I'm taking to them while picking up my car. After getting a block down the road the car stalls. I make it home and can tell it's not running right I decided to take a drive being a month since I've had my car. I made it ten minutes down the road when the car stalls at 60 mph. Pull to the side of the road and less then 12 hours and 30 miles my car won't turn over and hold a idle. Stuck thinking they would possibly come give me a tow I call to get the voicemail. Call shop owners personal cell which he has called me from and knows me from the experiences I had from other shops and just paying close to a grand for my car to break less then two days later I get No answer. What really got to me was I called from a number he didn't know and he answered that call. Furious I hung up without even telling him it was me. 2400$ and two trips the auto repair shop, might I add that has been going for 19 years and prides themselves on customer service I am out a car. I am in the process of trying to get this situation resolved. The best part is it's 5 days till Christmas.
