I see the commercial on TV for years and though I would give them a try. I had a ring custom made for my wife and she hated it. The stones were not correct and the placement was not what was ordered. To correct their mistake, they charged me additional money which did not sit well. The two biggest problems are they think they are the best; they clearly are not and their communications are horrible. They say one thing and do another quite often. I will not ever go back to this store for anything. I rate them as a solid F.

It was my first time selling gold so I didn't know it should've been weighed in front of me. I GOT RIPPED OFF. Disappointing is the very least
