Darwing and Kenneth helped so much throughout the process , they explained every little detail , they made sure to explain every detail from the cars , It was a long wait but they made it felt short talking and always being attentive and explaining every detail as the process went through , They were not pushy with what car I had to select , they made sure I was comfortable when making my decision.No-pressure, didn't feel rushed , Trustworthy ,They listened to me ,Quick and clear communication , No games ,Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) , thanks to mavrick Professional and polite everyone there attentive to customer's needs Darwing and Kenneth went above & beyond locating a specific vehicle, delivering vehicle to customer, staying after hours. Its been quite a month I have been trying to get my car. I heard about Offlease only and I decided to check it out. I must say I'm impressed by the awesome treatment I received. Marcos my sales person was very nice and helpful. Besides it is a very busy place he had the chance to give me all the attention I needed to go through the process of buying my camry. I went to Off Lease to get a car for my son. Met with Mark Nelson a rep over there. He was very knowledgeable. The car selection and prices were great. I thought they were selling wholesale. I had a great experience there and Mark made the transaction easy.

It took exactly 2 hours from me walking in to driving out with my RED CAR! My wife and I wanted a used Ford Escape with low mileage. The car we bought was very well priced and it looks fantastic! This is my second vehicle in 2 years i buy here and as well as the 1St one it was a great experience. Evan did a great job locating the truck before i got and providing me with details about the truck that i needed to know . This was my first trip to a dealership to buy my first car. Hector was with me every step of the way! Even when I wasn't able to purchase my first choice he encouraged me to come the next day and he would make sure to help me get my car. He did :) I was very happy the way everything went, highly recommend him.

So to start off, I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on my visit. I saw a nice 2013 Sonata Limited 2.0T and wanted to take a look at it and possibly test drive. Once I got there I met with Mark Nelson. I told him the stock number of the vehicle I was interested, and he knew exactly vehicle I was talking about. He took me over and showed me around the lot, but once I found what I was looking for he left me alone -- no pressuring at all -- and to call him I needed him. I contemplated it for a while, and when I finally decided I gave Mark a call And we started walking through the process. The credit application was a breeze online, and Mark was patient throughout the process. I was very impressed at the fact that even though they close at 9 PM, the team stayed with me until 11 PM to make sure everything was taken care of the same day. Never visited a dealer like this, sales reps are excellent, work with me all the time and gave me an excellent deal, the finance manager took his time to answer all my questions and i left driving the car i choose the same day and in mint condition. thank you it was a pleasure shopping at this car dealer. Our salesman was Jose H Martinez and the finance manager was Marc Sclafani, both of them excellent.
