We had trouble with them showing up for appointments which led to us getting a small piece for a wine cabinet for free; the biggest problem came about a week later when our kitchen sink which they installed, dropped out. It simply dropped right out of the hole into the cabinet below while my husband was standing next to it. So, now he is spending his Saturday re-installing our kitchen sink.
