Chad Henry installed our septic system and then had a death in the family and was supposed to follow up but never did. 3 years later we had to pay him $725.00 to remediate a bad installation. Chad said he would not refund us any of the monies paid as it wasn't his problem and that we should have called him for the repair. We did call him for the repair but he was on vacation and the person answering his telephone number sent out the repair team. I spoke with his brother, Rod, and he told me that Chad was a partner in the service team that did the repair. Both S & J Plumbing in Pryor and his service people said the septic stystem was installed too deep. The depth of the tank caused the pipe to the house to break due to the stress of it being buried too deep. Tank had to be pumped as it was full of dirt not waste. The dirt was due to the run off of the tank being buried too deep and the broken pipe.



A man only has his word as to the type of character they are in their business. Since we gave him a break on coming back out due to the death of his father one would have thought his word would be good. But as our $725.00 check will proof, Chad Henry didn't follow up on his word.
