This place sucks and shouldnt get a food license every year. Looks like a bowling alley from a horror movienor maybe a 3rd world country.
Bad service.......check
Over priced fryer food.....check
Duck tape holding furniture together.....check.
It's amazing what Ontario will put up with.

Horrible pizza--not only was it not cooked all the way, even after I sent it back to be cooked more, but the same person handing out shoes made the pizza, with no gloves! It was outrageously expensive, too. $15 a pizza. I could have gotten a way better pizza anywhere else for a lot less. The prizes for the tickets are very lame. For $20, the kids got to play just a few games and got a few toys worth about $5 total. If you forget a pair of socks, you can buy ONE pair for $3.50! The building itself needs money put into it for upkeep. It looks as though no one cares about it and has just let it go. I'm sure a lot more people would go there if 1) the pizza was comparable to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars 2) the games weren't so expensive {some were $1 just to play} 3) the prizes were better {instead of having to use 15-30 tickets for a tiny toy that probably cost a few cents, you only had to use a few tickets} 4) the building was updated

We came to a birthday and and it was dirty and service was very poor. The family that had to pay for the party should be upset because they had to clean and set up the area the party was in. On top of that the staff was rude and inconsiderate to my child. Dont get me wrong my family loves to bowl but i dought i will come back again. The management should really consider a janitor a birthday host and well just plain human kindness.

This is the only place to bowl in Ontario, Oregon. This is probably why the staff I have encountered are rude not only on the phone but in person. I can say over the years I have avoided having to come here, but with childrens birthday parties and gas prices so high sometimes you have to give in for the children sake. I wish they would stop acting like it is a privilege for me to come into their establishment and treat me as a customer paying for a service. OR hire some people who like to work with some customer service skills instead of the dry, grouchy, hate to be bothered staff that obviously don't like the job or people for that matter. Be prepared to have bad service and bad attitude at this bowling alley.
