I would give ZERO stars if I could. Delivery of sliding glass doors was scheduled and then rescheduled twice. When they finally arrived, 2 out of 3 were BROKEN. Instead of ordering new ones, they were going to just "fix" them. We demanded new doors. Over 3 weeks later, they are still not in. Finally requested a refund because they couldn't get their act together and it's been 4 days since they were going to refund us and still nothing. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY WON'T TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. WORST "BUSINESS" EVER.

We had a horrible experience with an entry door that was made by this company. They do not stand behind their product and were never on time when we tried to get them to warranty it. We tried several times to work with them, but they only caused more damage trying to fix their problems.We also found out the door was made in China, not made in America. Product looks great, but does not last. Buyer beware, we do not recommend this company to anyone.
