Great medical transportation service. One of the best ones that my insurance has used for my rides. I took a long trip to LA and back with one of their drivers and he called me ahead of time, waited for me to be finished, and was very professional. They also service my local trips in Orange County and their service calls Lyft for some of these rides to ensure efficiency (which I actually really appreciate and view as a benefit not a drawback), just like many of the other companies do, but are more efficient than others in doing so. They call ahead of time and check that I am ready and when I need to go home. Hope I get this company for my future rides.
