The city and county police are pretty honest. If you are a trouble maker youll get hassled. But the problem is the highway patrol sends officers to Monona country and they are racist monsters, they are career criminals. They do not care if your not a trouble maker with a clean record if you have a hint of dark skin they will harrass you and do everything they can to ticket you for anything they can make up. If you complain then everytime they drive though they will harass you and do not expect any kind of fair hearing at the courthouse we might as well have a swastika on our county buildings we need to vote out the officials that dont protect our counties people.
