My boyfriend and I were about to go out of town and needed a place to board our dogs. Someone told us there was a place in onalaska and to check it out. We went over around 4 and no one was there so we figured they either closed early or that's when they close that day... No big deal. Well I called and made an appointment for 10 or 10:30 to drop the dogs off. I was ten minutes late because I couldn't find one of the dogs leashes but when I showed up no one was there. Why was no one there at 10:40 on a Monday??? Who is taking care of the dogs?? I tried calling both owners multiple times and left voicemails and no one ever called me back. If I wouldn't have found Mary's dog boarding and grooming we would have been screwed since that was the day we were supposed to fly out. I would NEVER take my dogs to this neglectful service!
