I really like the seed bead selection in this store and they tend to have items that other stores of their kind do not carry. The previous reviewer is right, however, their return policy leaves much to be desired. I ran into this years ago with them and vowed never to return. I've relented because of the selection and my dislike of paying shipping for online purchases that I can get locally. But make sure you love what you are buying because you won't be returning it here! Prices are average to higher than other stores. Customer service spotty depending on who's working.

I used to shop here. After spending quite a few dollars. I asked for a $25 dollar exchange for merchadise. (THE ITEM I BOUGHT WAS 3 TIMES MORE THAN ANY WHERE IN TOWN) NO RETURNS. Manager said "Buyer beware" and she even spoke with the owner, who would not change for even the best customer. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. If you want no customer service this is the place. I will go any where but this shop because of this no return policy. Poor business.
