When we walked in the volume of the music was so loud that the tattoo artist were yelling at us to see what we wanted. We were told it would be about 10 mins before they got to us. We waited 20 to tell another girl what we wanted then another 10 for a guy to come ask us the same thing then quote us a price higher than what they had on a sign, We just wanted each otherâs names. The sign said $20 a name, mine was going to cost a little more because I wanted it in a bracelet on my wrist. The price he told us was triple what the sign said for both our tattoos that werenât that big and just names. He then tells us itâll be another 10 minutes. More people walk in, we fill out our paperwork and are still waiting. They finely turn the music down so not everyone is yelling, except for one artist who couldnât stop yelling how fân good the song was. Another 10 15 minutes go by and they take someone in the back who just walked in the door! At this point we had enough and walked out. We are both getting a 3\4 of a sleeve done and want to stick with the same artist and shop to do them all but this is one place we will not be going back to. It all comes down to professionalism. I get that itâs a tattoo shop but I felt as if I was in a basement in someoneâs house. I have never been to a place that was that unprofessional. I got the tattoo on my foot done by the owner when he first opened and was pleased. It just goes to show how your employees can bring your business down with lack of respect for paying customers.
