My family and I had the worst service from Stems at Countryside during a very difficult y sister had a mastectomy;which I had shared with the owner. My sister who had the Mastectomy received the cheapest looking small glass of flowers (3) with a smashed ribbon (looked like it was reused) at the hospital, which we paid $70. When I went in reported the horrible looking arrangement received at the hospital, the owner encouraged my sister to come in after surgery and she would make it up to her. Guess what? The owner was rude in person to my sister who had the mastectomy. I would never recommend this floral shop to anyone. It is a disappointment, since I live about five blocks from Countryside.
