I had company coming , and needed my carpets cleaned now. I called Steamatic and they were able to help me oout , they showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and the price was right. Thank you Steamatic

Called the company as we had food stains on our carpet. Only good thing was flexible timing, the guy was on time. Carpet cleaning was below par, I have gotten much better results with 20 $ rental from walmart (Rug doctor) , did not remove the stains, on pointing this out he was rude and only response was " I did my best".Did not spray any carpet protector, even though their ad says.We called the customer service the next day , according to them the stain protector is at an extra charge.Overall bad job, there are better companies out there, or rent a Rug doctor.
