It makes me give them one star, but if I could they would get ZERO.I made an appointment, and when I showed up there was no one to greet me, and then I found out that they had misquoted me over the phone. They wanted to charge me double what I was quoted and confirmed over the phone. They would not provide what they said they would at the price confirmed. I promptly left and got the service elsewhere, and will never go back to this salon again.I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE.
