I've been with Securitas Omaha for several years now and they have always treated me well. They make sure I'm paid on time and have given me pay increases regularly. I highly recommend them to anyone, either just starting out or looking to supplement their retirement.

This company cares for it's employees, has great managers and is the best security company in Omaha! Theyve really worked with me, especially their awesome scheduler/operations guy Jason Heald. He is very attentive and knowledgeable, (and he is very understanding when it comes to my school schedules). If you ever have the chance to work for him, you'd be lucky!

I was working at Securitas for a short time Mr. Steve Johnson branch Manager said he would clear my credit and get the dui off my driving record, if I had sex with him. He consistantly called me at home, and on the job all hours of the night. I went to managment about this problem in return they fired me. My allegations were unfounded. i have now since been in contact with former women employees that this also happened to.

Securitas is a wonderful company to work for and its perfect for me. I ve been with Securitas for 4 years and every year i've gotten a gift card for my excellent service. I ve sent in my written complaints and have gotten wonderful results back. Ive found the staff at Securitas to be very diligent and extremely helpful. I dont know what I would have done without this company and the staff in East Hartford, without them even knowing it, they have gotten me throug some roug times and they still are. I would recommend this company to everyone who is looking for job security.

As an officer there you have to work in unsafe environments (buildings under construction with holes in floors, open elevator shafts, foundations crumbling; building with severe roach and rat problems, buildings emptied because of asbestos issues, or on foot outside in bad areas of town with no means of self-defense except personal force which you will get fired for using). Also you will likely have to deal with harassment (rudeness, physical threats, sexual harassment, etc.) and if you try to make complaints or fix those problems you run the risk of getting fired or getting transferred to an even worse site because usually the harassers "know" someone or are friends with an account director, etc. If you're not a "favorite," playing the favorites game isn't fun. Even if you call (several times) the supposed Securitas help against harassment/work problems line, nothing will be done. This company is only good if you enjoy menial wages for gripping your ankles regularly and/or slavery.

some employees gets treated wrongly and have no one they can talk to or turn too because of worrying about getting fired.plus they get talked about in the office.they hire new people or they friends and shove the other good officer to the curve until they want to use them again again again.
